Welcome to Care Champions. We are a patient advocacy service dedicated to helping you navigate the healthcare system. By purchasing a package or services from Care Champions, you agree to our Terms of Service & Refund Policies listed below.

1. Scope of Service

Care Champions provides healthcare advocacy, navigation, and educational support. We are not medical providers, lawyers, or accountants. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. All final medical and legal decisions remain between you and your licensed healthcare providers, attorneys, and financial advisors/accountants.

2. No Guarantees

While we strive for the best, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

3. No-Show Policy

Cancel your appointment(s) at least 12 hours before the start time to get a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

Payment is required in full before services begin. Refunds are not issued for completed work or a "change of mind." If either of us decides to end our work together before the agreed-upon hours/tasks listed in “What we will do” are completed, a partial refund may be issued. An administrative fee of 10% or $50, whichever is lower, will also be deducted.

5. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to interact with us respectfully. You agree NOT to:

• • Threaten, abuse, or insult our employees, agents, or other users

  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

  • Introduce viruses, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or provide false registration details.

To ensure smooth delivery of services, you AGREE to:

• Provide Accurate Data: Keep your contact and payment information up to date.

• Maintain Security: Keep your account password secure and notify us immediately of breaches.

• Follow Guidelines: Comply with all specific product instructions and usage limits.

6. Remedies for Violations

We reserve the sole right to determine if a violation has occurred. If you violate these conduct rules, we may immediately:

• Issue Warnings: Send a formal notice regarding your behavior.

• Suspend Access: Temporarily block your account or access to services.

• Terminate Account: Permanently delete your account without a refund.

• Legal Action: Report illegal activities to law enforcement.

7. User Liability

You agree to protect, defend, and hold our company harmless from any financial claims, legal fees, or damages resulting from your breach of these conduct rules, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any laws.
